About the South African American Business Chamber
South African American business Chamber (SAABC) is a networking and business development forum for professionals with South African affiliation living and working abroad.
Our primary objective is to support member’s market exposure and foster business and career development opportunities through regular networking events. These activities boast an excellent caliber of knowledgeable world-renowned guest speakers mostly with a South African connection.
Our goal is to be the leading institute representing the South African diaspora; globally recognized by businesses, government agencies and individuals.
The SAABC is a non-profit organization and is committed to promoting our living heritage, which is a prosperous South Africa and global South African diaspora. Surplus funds are donated to worthwhile South African focused philanthropic organizations.
Key activities include a mix of several typical event formats:Signature events
- Annual Golf Classic Fundraiser
- Annual Wine Pairing Dinner Fundraiser
- Annual Networking Braai
Speaker Series
- Networking event with high-caliber guest speaker, typically South African affiliated.
Networking Mixer
- Casual networking mixers moving between local communities, At times we will co-host with other expat business groups to broaden networking interactions
The SAABC is currently represented on the east and west coasts of US with affiliations to additional organizations in the US and globally.
